Data deletion request
If you want to withdraw consent, stop receiving WhatsApp notifications or request deletion of your phone number from our sending database, you can use either of the following options:
Options to request removal
To process the request more quickly, include the associated phone number, your company and a contact method so we can confirm completion.
Option A
Contact your company system administrator or Human Resources team directly to request removal from the Mailbox recipient list.
Option B
Send an email to soporte@yamcapitalhumano.com with your phone number and the subject line "WhatsApp notification opt-out". Your number will be removed from our active database within 48 business hours.
